Thank you for your willingness to help us out so quickly. Enclosed is the old and the new left storm window for King Air BB-1252. As per our telephone conversation the new window would not seal at the top of the window frame even after a new seal was installed. The aircraft is scheduled to depart Wednesday the 29th, so if you would , please ship window back Fed Ex overnight (P1). Thanks again for all your help. It is grat to find a company that is willing to go that extra mile in meeting the needs of a customer.
